Product Images & Variations

  • Colours, sizing, and print results may vary slightly based on materials, printing processes, and screen displays.

Custom Orders

  • Custom designs must be approved by the customer before printing.

  • Once approved, no cancellations or changes can be made.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Full payment is required before production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • If applicable, additional design fees, artwork adjustments, or add-ons (such as eyelets or extra design revisions) will be specified prior to checkout or quotation.

5. Shipping & Turnaround Times

  • Estimated production and delivery times are provided but may vary depending on order volume, design approval delays, or courier issues.

  • Nexus is not responsible for courier delays once the order has been dispatched.

6. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

We follow a strict quality assurance process for all custom products.
As products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selections, or client design errors.

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The product arrives faulty,

  • Damaged during delivery, or

  • Significantly different from the approved design.

Conditions for a Claim

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. We will assess the claim and advise the next steps.

If the product is confirmed faulty or damaged, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no cost,

  • Or a refund, depending on the situation.

7. Design Approvals & Proofs

  • Customers must review and approve digital proofs before production.

  • Nexus is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect colours, or design errors that were approved by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and content on this website remain the property of Nexus unless provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any artwork or logos submitted for printing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

  • Nexus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited solely to the value of the product purchased.

10. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with Australian privacy regulations. Your data is used solely for order processing, communication, and service delivery. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
